Welcoming In, Reaching Out
Whatever your life story, we invite you to engage with us on this journey.
We grow and serve in our daily lives through relationships of encouragement and love.
The people of Open Door Churches appreciate your interest in supporting our ministries with a financial gift! The Open Door Churches (ODC) of Salem-Keizer is a collaborative ministry of all the United Methodist Churches in the Salem-Keizer metro area. We represent five distinct congregations, as well as several community ministries such as food banks, community gardens, justice ministries, and, of course an on-line worship community.
If you have reached this page in order to give a gift to the Christmas Offering of the Open Door Churches or one of our congregations, please click on the button below labeled “Give to Open Door Churches.” When you reach the Vanco giving page, you will have the opportunity to give to ODC or one of our congregations. Simply enter the amount of your gift in the appropriate field and be sure to specify “Christmas Offering” in the field after the amount.
“Please note: The ODC giving portal is hosted by Salem First UMC, but it offers you the option to designate your gift for any of the Open Door Churches. To designate a gift for the general operating fund of a specific congregation, simply fill in the amount of your gift in the corresponding field next to the name of the church. You may also designate your gift for use by that congregation for a specific purpose (for example, “Youth Ministry” or “Maintenance Fund”) by filling in the corresponding text field next to the amount.”
You may mail your contribution directly to any of our five congregations. See below for addresses and phone numbers.
